DESIGN
Engineering: Our engineering department specializes in adapting your ideas and adhering to your needs in designing a product that can go directly into production within our facility. Capabilities include finite element analysis, detailed CAD modeling, consulting, and many other services. We specialize in electronics miniaturization, featuring the world’s smallest Mode S Transponder. Our new Sagetech XPS-TR Mode S transponder has once again broken records for small size and low power consumption.

Analysis: We have extensive analysis services for sound, vibration, and engines that are on par with FAA standards. At Sagetech we have the talent and equipment to perform detailed and insightful sound studies. Our vibration tables are operated by experienced technicians and can perform all the needed vibration tests, including sine and random shake cycles. Our engine department is equipped with dynamometer and fuel map testing that can test up to 12 engines simultaneously.

Component Integration: Sagetech engineers and technicians have longstanding experience taking aircraft subsystems and integrating them into the airframe and requirements of a design. By combining our capabilities of electronics design and production, we have the ability to create custom and flexible solutions to minimize space and maximize performance for your aircraft.

PRODUCTION
Because we are able to take your concept from design to production, we have become a one-stop company for manufacturing plug and play aircraft components.

Electronics Production: Our production facilities are staffed by expert solder technicians that allow us to apply advanced engineering concepts and populate working products in-house with the upmost attention to quality. We’ve produced over 20,000 aircraft subsystem deliveries since 2000, at a defect free rate of over 99.7% and an on time delivery rate of over 99.8%. At Sagetech we design and create some of the smallest and most efficient electronics in the world, particularly our Mode S transponder.

Composite Services: Our expertise in customization of composite material gives us unique insight into building aircraft components and subsystems to fit our customer’s needs. Sagetech technicians will provide high quality manipulating, painting and finishing services. This means that we can design and deliver a finished composite component.
